Classrooms/Offices
Classrooms and offices will generally receive a two-way communication PoE (Power over Ethernet) device; along with any other location necessary!
These two-way communication endpoints typically come with a call switch so the user in these offices or classrooms can press and have the admin phone ring!
Gym/Warehouse and Exterior
Our Gym or Warehouse Zone will receive either indoor 70v wall mount speakers or indoor horns; to make sure announcements can be heard over the activities that will be going on!
The Exterior Zone consists of horns placed strategically around the outside of the building! Making sure there is speaker coverage in parking lots or playgrounds!
G2 Communicator Overview
MDF/IDF Closets
Located in the MDF closet will be our G2 Communicator heart and soul; the server (if purchased the on-premises version).
Also located in the rack will be our Paging Gateways (numbers vary) and our amplifiers to power the analog speakers in the common areas.
Common Areas
To Zone anything in the building would need a 'Zone Controller' (HUB). Each HUB takes up one (1) amp channel on our amplifiers.
You can virtually zone out your facility as complex or as simple as you would like!
Product Offerings
Servers
The server is the heart and soul of everything we do and contains our G2 Communicator UI. Depending on your application, we offer three different variations where this can be loaded to:
- On Premises
- Cloud
- Virtual Machine
Our On-Premises server will reside in your MDF closet along side with the HUBs and amplifiers that are also needed to power our system!
Note: Our standard system takes up 8-9 rack units!
Admin Consoles
You need a way to communicate to all those zones and PoE endpoints that you have! For that we offer the admin phone, here you can dial the 4 digit SIP extension that is programmed into the server and you can call specific devices (PoE devices, zones, etc.). You can also set up announcements/alerts on the server and play them just by dialing the number you assigned the event in the Communicator UI!

Paging Systems
Looking for a 1-Way Communication Solution?
We have you covered! Paired with our G2 Communicator system and admin console, our paging system solution allows for one-way communication to a large audience; allowing the speaker to provide clear and amplified instructions throughout the facility. The staff member making the page speaks a message into a telephone and that message will then be broadcasted through a network of speakers within the building.
Benefits and Advantages of Paging Systems
There are numerous benefits to using a one-way paging system compared to other means of mass communication!
- Mass emails are often ignored or captured by spam blockers.
- Paging Systems are hard-wired into your building's infrastructure allowing reliable mass communication.
- A series of speakers ensure that a message is communicated to every part of a building simultaneously. It is also possible to send pages to specific building 'Zones' if necessary.
Common Use Cases for Paging Systems
Paging systems are used to send a variety of messages. Some of the most common examples of a paging system is rapid communication between employees in a retail setting. A department store cashier can request assistance from another department to answer a customers' question. In a similar example, a large manufacturing facility can page an employee who may have an incoming call, but not near their work-station.
The most important uses for paging would be to warn employees of a fire or another emergency. In those scenarios there are no other effective means of quickly communicating with your staff, customers or students!

Common Area Speakers
We have multiple options for common area speakers! These will be placed in areas where two-way communication is not necessary; as these speakers are only one-way.
We have multiple options for the speakers that work with our aging/intercom system! These speakers are meant to work for various environments and locations. 2x2 ceiling grid, plaster ceilings or hard ceilings? We carry a solution for everything!

Horns
For the exterior zone and louder areas such as gymnasiums, factories, warehouses and so on; we also offer analog horn speakers!

Amplifiers
These amplifiers give off ample power; at 240watts it can cover a whole zone of analog speakers with a breeze! Depending on how many zones you would like your system to have, you may need multiple amplifiers. Each zone you need/want requires one channel on an amplifier to provide power to the zone.
Paging Gateways
You can virtually zone your building as simple or complex as you would like!
However, each zone requires a paging gateway and each zone you need/want will require one amplifier channel to power the speakers in the zone.
These Paging Gateways are on your network (via PoE) which allows you to log in and adjust the volume for the speakers for the whole zone in one location!
Our system is fully customizable and adaptable to your organizations specific needs!

Intercom Systems
Looking for a 2-Way Communication Solution?
We have you covered here as well! Paired with our G2 Communicator system and admin console, our intercom system solution allows for real-time, two-way communication between specific individuals! Allowing the speaker to provide clear and specific instructions to the single staff member and vice versa. The staff member making the intercom call can dial a specific SIP extension for the room they wish to speak to; the employees in a specific department or teacher in a classroom will then be able to have a two-way conversation between each other and not having a one-way page being broadcasted to the whole facility.
Benefits and Advantages of Intercom Systems
Intercom systems provide a great deal of convenience!
- Paging systems will broadcast the message to the whole facility; while an intercom system can allow for two-way communication between a specific staff member and the user on the admin console.
- Our intercoms speakers are two-way PoE Endpoints which allows for individual volume adjustments and you can label these devices for which room they are located; within our G2 Communicator UI.
- With our G2 Communicator system at the backbone, you can zone out these IP Devices to also be able to 'page' all our two-way communication devices at once to get the message across to all classrooms, offices or other locations these speakers may be located.
Common Use Cases for Intercom Systems
Intercom systems can be used to send a variety of messages. Some of the most common examples of a intercom system is rapid real-time, two-way communication between teachers and office staff in an educational setting. A office member may call the specific classroom to let the teacher know that one of their students are being released for a doctor appointment. In a similar example, a large corporation manager can quickly call a department to check in on the status of the project they are working on.

Two-Way Communication Devices
We currently offer three products for two-way communication:
- DIA: (Does It All); Call Switch Included
- PoE IP Speaker; Call Switch Not Included
- PoE IP Speaker with Clock; Call Switch Not Included
These devices will typically be placed in areas where the End User would like two-way communication; in example classrooms, offices, showrooms or anywhere else where two-way communication may be required!
Our DIA; literally Does It All! This PoE Endpoint is a 27" device consisting of 2-way communication, flashers, digital signage/visual announcements, displaying the time/date, local weather, microphone, call switch and has speakers built in!
Depending on your system requirements we have two offerings for the 2-way speakers, one being a standard IP speaker and the other is an upgraded IP Speaker with a LCD clock on it.

Looking for a Solution that Can Do It All?
You can receive a combination of both a Paging and Intercom system from G2! With the combination of our Analog Paging Solution and our Intercom Solutions; you can page specific common areas, such as the Hallways, Exterior, Specific Departments, Cafeteria zones or other locations where two-way communication speakers are not necessary, but still have these two-way speakers in offices, classrooms or other rooms where it would be beneficial!
This means you would be able to page common area zones and make two-way communication calls all in one intuitive solution!
