We are sending this form to collect the necessary network information to program your G2 equipment.

If we do not receive a response within one week of this initial request, a second and final reminder will be sent. If no response is received after two weeks, all equipment will be shipped with DHCP default settings.

Please Note:

  • If shipped as DHCP, G2 will require remote access to the network to complete configuration after installation.
  • The installation site must have an active DHCP scope to assign IP addresses to the devices.

Information needed for the Project Location:

We will need the Project Locations Technical Contact Information for our records.

Network Information Needed:

We recommend that the End User have a designated vLan for their Intercom system.

(Only necessary if End User has chosen a Cloud based system.) Being that the System selected is a cloud-based server, we will need the Outbound IP Address. To find this, the End User will need to go to the link below at the project location to find this information. What Is My IP
