Administrators can define analog paging zones (e.g. classrooms, gyms, offices and exterior areas) by using our Paging Gateways and Amplifiers; using our Paging Gateways you can control volume levels independently of each zone. On top of Analog Speakers, you can also assign IP Endpoints to zones. This lets you deliver targeted announcements across your campus or facility!
4. Two-Way Communication
With our selection of IP Endpoints you can scale your G2 Communicator system by adding two-way communication devices in areas where two-way communication may be necessary. These devices are a great fit for classrooms, offices, breakrooms and more!
5. Automated Scheduling with Exceptions
Set up recurring bell schedules—such as class periods, shift changes, or breaks—with the ability to copy schedules between zones, customize descriptions, and schedule exceptions like holidays or early dismissals. G2 Communicator supports virtually unlimited bells and you can plan bells for up to a year in advance!
6. Sequenced Emergency Alerts & Visual Events
Emergency workflows can include layered steps—audio, visual displays, designated zones, and timing sequences—to ensure messages are delivered clearly with built-in redundancy.
