Along with your G2 Sales Rep, a G2 Sales Engineer will typically assist you with your project from start to finish! They may be on the initial call to help answer any questions you may have and take necessary notes regarding your specific application.
Our G2 Sales Engineering team, will request a map from the Customer to receive a better understanding of the scope of the project. They will then make a preliminary design to get approved by the Dealer and/or the End User.
Depending on the equipment purchased, we will assist you in learning and creating custom features in the G2 Communicator UI.
When the install is complete and the installer has tested the system functionality; one of our Engineering team members will remote into the system (with the installer being on site) to verify everything is operating correctly.
Once complete, our G2 team members will get on a call to provide training to the Customer who purchased the system(s). We also have a Help Guide and a Video section explaining how everything works!
