With our Scheduling module within G2 Communicator, you can quickly set up exception ranges for these days to modify or completely silence the bells entirely to maintain a smooth flow during testing or other unique schedules.
2. Pre-record Messages for Announcements or Alerts
G2 Communicator allows custom audio files to be recorded and uploaded into the G2 Communicator UI! You can then quickly add these messages to an Alert or Announcement within your system to play in times of urgency. Triggering these recordings is as simple as pressing a button in the G2 Communicator UI or dialing an extension; ensuring consistent and accurate communication without the risk of saying the incorrect thing.

This software can bring Visual Events that virtually take over your device in times of emergencies. These Visual Events are a great addition for enhancing visual communication quickly throughout your facility, to visually display information for the hearing impaired clientele. Initiating an event through G2 Communicator that has a Visual paired with it is quick and easy and can disseminate the information throughout the building and beyond (on the devices that the software is loaded on to)!
5. Set up Zones for Targeted Communication
Certain areas of schools may often require unique bell schedules or announcements. In these instances we offer our Paging Gateway! This paging gateway device digitalizes your common area 70volt speakers. So each gateway would appear in G2 Communicator as an IP device allowing you to call these specific zones by themselves, as well as send certain announcements, bell schedules or alerts to these areas. These paging gateways only require one amplifier channel per gateway/common area zone!
