How Does G2 Work With RapidSOS?
When G2 Communicator is paired with RapidSOS, we can digitally connect schools or organizations to 911 and first responders, providing the information they need to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. Within G2 Communicator, when an alert (that has the option ‘Contact Emergency Services’ checked) is initiated, a digital alert is sent to a RapidSOS Safety Agent to verify the information of the call. The agent will then share the information with the 911 telecommunicator on the situation and they will then dispatch the first responders as necessary.
